Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thestreampedia.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Streampedia is a public, country-organized directory of live streamers. Listings are curated by Streampedia editors and supplemented by community submissions reviewed before publication. The Service is provided free of charge for browsing.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or impersonating listings.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related infrastructure.
  • Scrape the Service at a rate or scale that disrupts normal operation.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or threaten any individual or group.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the curated editorial content (intros, classifications) without permission. The underlying public facts (streamer names, public platform handles) are not subject to this restriction.

3. Submissions

When you submit a streamer to the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracy, spam, or violation of these Terms.

Paid Community Spotlight listings are processed via PayPal. Spotlight listings are visually distinct from the free editorial index and are clearly labeled as paid placements.

4. Refunds

Community Spotlight fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. If a paid listing is rejected during review, the payment will be refunded in full.

5. Third-party content and links

The Service contains links to streamer accounts on third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and others). Streampedia does not operate these platforms, does not endorse the content hosted on them, and is not responsible for that content. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

Streamer names, channel handles, and platform logos referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. The Streampedia name, logo, and editorial content (including country intros and classifications) are the property of Streampedia. Linking to the Service is welcome.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are exhaustive or perfectly accurate at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streampedia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
